The leading oil marketing company in the country, GOIL has held its annual dealers conference for the southern and Tema zones.
The conference which brought together over one hundred dealers in GOIL products as well some zonal managers across the country, was used by management of GOIL to update the dealers on developments in the company and the oil marketing industry.
Out of over 80 oil marketing companies in the country, GOIL’s market share has increased from 18% in 2016 to 22% by the end of February, 2017. GOIL’s retail outlets have also increased to 300.
The Head of Fuels Marketing of GOIL, Marcus Dake charged dealers to improve customer services at their various stations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
He said GOIL will continue to make safety and environmental issues a priority and this will be intensified in 2017.
The Chief Operating Officer of GOIL, Alex Adzew, said the company has put in place adequate measures to maintain its leadership in the oil marketing industry.
He assured customers of GOIL of quality products and safety at GOIL stations.
The Managing Director of GOIL, Patrick Akpe Kwame Akorli urged Ghanaians to continue to support GOIL with their purchasing power.
