Detailed Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority Procurement Plan for 2022.

The Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Transport (MoT) and on behalf of the Government of Ghana (GoG) commenced, in 2019, the Master Planning Programme for the development of the Port and Port-City of Keta (the Project), in the Volta Region of Ghana

The Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority intends to procure the Services of qualified Environmental Impact Assessment Consultants as part of the development of the Port of Keta.

The consulting services (“the Services”) shall cover the total Environmental impact assessment / studies towards the development of the Port of Keta. The Port of Keta Project is a Greenfield project planned to become a commercial and industrial port facility.

The Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) invites interested and competent entities (contractors, investors, gas facilities’ terminals developers and operators) to state their Expression of Interest to participate in the tender process for a Concession to build-operate-transfer of gas handling facility in Ports of Tema and Takoradi.
