The Director General of the Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority, Brigadier General Paul Seidu Tanye-Kulono, has led a high-level delegation to pay a courtesy call on the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing.

The visit was to congratulate the Naval Chief on his appointment, strengthen ties between the two key maritime institutions, and explore collaboration in maritime security, training, and infrastructure development.
